So, in Georgetown, we had nine sales each week, which is not a super high number but the market is moving and we have 11 properties that are conditionally sold. So looking at Georgetown, this week we had 12 sales, which is great! We also only had 13 new listings so the market feels balanced. Acton had four sales and one new listing.
