So, in February of 2024, the market was fairly strong with lower inventory and high sales. We had 65 units sell and an average price of $1,092,000. So, when we look at the numbers, we only had six sales in Georgetown which I think is a bit low. It’s not on trend with the normal amount we see and we do have inventory available. So, in January of 2024, we sold 49 units and had an average price of $961,000. This January, we also sold 49 units but our average price is up almost 12% to $1,075,000.
